German bus, US model, 6x popout


Completely restored except paint - welded, sandblasted from underside and painted in mango green.

Restored axles, rebuilt stock engine, new brakes, new bearings, steering parts, new wiring loom, all new seals around windows and doors.

New wooden interior panels, front bench seat with new upholstery, in the back a rusty lee bed with new upholstery.

Raised steering box, dropped spindles and dropped a spine in the back.

Have been driving it daily for a while and this bus drives so good. Steers straight, no wandering on the roads, brakes well, shifts well, all doors shut nicely, starts right up every time. Get in and drive!

Currently on Dutch plates and registration.
