VW T1 Barndoor 1954

I am selling my VW T1 Barndoor from 1954.

First delivery August 27, 1954 Munich, with the number 200943XX
to the first owner of the Munich Police, was in service there until 1973, so this barndoor has verifiably 98% original metal from 1954.

It is the only existing police barndoor in the world, confirmation can be seen in the first letter and photos from 1995 in police green are available.

1995-1999 it was restored by Paul F. from near Hanover, quite neat for a private restoration, after more than 20 years after restoration it is still in great shape, without rust, with a beautiful patina, as it was a few years after restoration has lived.

It is built with original Devon camping equipment, as those in the know are extremely rare, as far as I know, the only barndoor with Devon equipment. The interior panels were built according to the original.

Engine and transmission work perfectly and Tüv and H approval are available.

He has to give way because a new barndoor project is on the way to me.
