For sale - 1960 UK RHD Beetle 21k miles from new Never welded, GBP 24995

This amazing 1960 UK RHD Volkswagen De Luxe Sedan Beetle was manufactured on 18th May 1960 and delivered by Stratstone of Berkeley Street, Mayfair, London on 20th May 1960. It only spent a short time on the road before its owner sadly passed away in 1965 and the car was stored away having covered just over 21k miles . Over 50 years passed before it returned to the road, the full story of which can be read in the August 2017 edition of Volksworld where this car was featured.
Carrying its original issued registration of 29 AXP the car remains incredibly true and original having never been welded.
Interestingly the car was ordered from the factory with Deluxe American Spec bumpers. The VW Birth Certificate accompanying the car confirms the engine number, body and interior colours along with special configuration M-code options M008, M020, M094, M108 and M134.
It has just had a full service and maintenance and the car runs and drives as if it was new. I have never driven a Beetle this good. It is amazing and a truly special car with stunning originality.
