This exceptionally rust-free and original Karmann Ghia coupe was parked for years in the garage of the previous owner (second owner since 1979) in sunny California (original "pink slip" registration from 1979 present). The owner had always maintained it perfectly , when we found the Karmann, replacing the carburetor was the only thing needed to bring it back to life. It runs and drives fine, but given its 50 years of age, of course minor work to be expected, depending on what the new owner wishes . Mostly HARD, some minor welding to be expected in the long term is under the battery (from the acid), otherwise never welded and not rusted anywhere! Sits on new Speedmaster rims with brand new tires,will only needs a major service to get back on the road,( Oil , etc ), please only serious response, thank you.
